I began practicing Bikram yoga in 2001. Winter 2005 I expanded my practice to Vinyasa, Hatha, Piyo, Gentle yoga, some of those classes taught by Debra O’Bryon. June 2011 I began teaching Vinyasa flow. Currently in the process of the 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Fit training systems.
Married since 1982. From 1988 I have been an Air Traffic Controller. My other hobbies from yoga are endurance cycling, or wrestling any number of my 5 grandkids! Some of the benefits yoga has brought me are strength, breath control, & awareness of self to help handle stress from life. I focus on moving with the breath, it is key to deepen any level practiced.
