Week 1-

Start your week off strong with long holding poses in Hatha Yoga and then move into faster paced Vinyasa along with core strengthening pilates.

Week 2-

Continue building strength as you increase your work days to five days this week.

Week 3-

Amp up your calorie burn this week with Power Core Yoga Fusion which combines cardio and strength training for a powerful interval training workout. Balance out your week with Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Week 4

You are beginning your one month mark of your program. This week embrace gratitude for the many positive changes in body, mind and spirit. Program this week will includes lots of core strength with two days of pilates combined with Power, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Week 5-

This week begin to embrace finding balance in your workouts by adding in gentle yoga along with your strong classes.

Week 6-

Prepare for a challenging week, as you continue to focus on core strength in all your classes.

Week 7-

Prepare to truly challenge yourself this week as you add an extra day of workout along with one day of rest and gentle yoga.

Week 8

Begin this week with a smile as you look back at all you have accomplished. Feel complete gratitude for your strength, focus, and determination.
