My Experience with Prenatal Yoga

My Online Yoga Practice

I saw many benefits from doing yoga and pilates during my pregnancy, the benefits were not only physical but mental as well! It helped stretch my hip flexors and keep my back strengthened so I did not suffer any back pain. I was more relaxed, slept better, and kept my blood pressure low which reduces risk of possible complications like preeclampsia. Another benefit of was having access to online classes. What a blessing! I  could fit in a workout anytime of the day that was convenient to my schedule. Also it was nice to be in the comfort of my own home towards the end of my pregnancy when it was getting a little more difficult to move 🙂 There is also a great selection of different yoga levels to choose from so depending on my energy level I could pick one appropriate for that day.

Debra has been a huge inspiration to my yoga practice and I would like to thank her for her wonderful classes and encouragement!

Diesel Thomas McElroy was born 10/31/13, he weighed 7 lbs 14 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. He is a happy and healthy little boy!
