Chair Yoga
This class is a gentle yoga that is accessible to those recovering from injury, expectant mothers, seniors, those with physical handicaps, or beginners. All poses are done either seated or standing and is the perfect class for those that can’t get up and down on the mat. Chair yoga offers all the same benefits as the more traditional forms of yoga such as greater flexibility, more supple muscle tone, improved breathing and a more focused mind. This is a great place to begin your yoga journey.


Hatha Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga is a holistic path that includes physical postures(asana), breathing(pranayama) and meditation. This is a slow flow class that includes balance poses along with breath focused poses allowing students to embrace the meditative and spiritual part of their yoga practice. Hatha yoga is a great for beginners.
